How to make a Purchase
Browse through our products and select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket.

Once you have completed your selection click on Checkout and you will be asked for your details that are required to process your order. Smedley Equestrian will e-mail you with confirmation of your order.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our returns procedure.

Pictures/Graphics on the webiste

Please note that all pictures/graphics on Smedley Equestrian website are for purely visual/asthetic purposes only. For specific sizes of products please ensure that you click on the option button on the relevant page and select the correct size. Smedley Equestrian cannot be held responsible for customers purchasing the incorrect size/product based purely on a picture/graphic.

Payment

Payment Via PayPal
We accept payment via PayPal, please note if using eCheque payment via PayPal your order will not be dispatched untill the payment has cleared. Typically this can take upto 5 working days.

Availability
We try to hold stocks of all styles of our products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Prices and Special Offers
Prices and special offers shown or available on the Smedley Equestrian website may differ from prices and special offers available in store.

Delivery
You can have your goods delivered to your home address or to an alternative delivery address. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery service you will be offered. If your goods are out of stock we will advise you by e-mail.

Returns
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your returns form and sent back to:
